
Road-Side Repair Module for Spare Tires (MATLAB, SOLIDWORKS, Machinery) - Team Leader - Multi-Functional Electrical Scissor Jack
Designed a 12V battery-powered system to operate both a winch and an impact wrench, enabling integrated and efficient tire changes. Developed an intuitive control system for seamless power direction between tools. Engineered a powered scissor jack with calculated structural strength to safely lift the vehicle. Performed FMEA and DVP&R to validate component reliability and minimize failure risk.
Solar Panel Water Heater (MATLAB, Ansys Fluent, & SOLIDWORKS)
Developed a thermal simulation to model heat and mass transfer in solar panels, enhancing heat flux and overall water heater performance. Utilized BOM and PUGH analysis to create a cost-effective, low-maintenance solution with a reduced carbon footprint. Performed thermal efficiency testing to ensure compliance with energy standards and optimize environmental performance.
Gearbox Speed Reducer (SOLIDWORKS & 3D Printing)
Analyzed forces on gears and shafts to determine optimal gear pair based on transmitted, radial, and axial loads. Designed gears, shafts, bearings, and key components in SOLIDWORKS with precise dimensions for proper fit and function. Optimized gear configuration and shaft alignment to ensure smooth operation and minimize power loss.
